This wine is named after the infamous geese walking through the vineyard adjacent to the cellar door every morning, selecting the ripest fruit to eat at their leisure.
This wine is a ‘gentle sparkling’ that has been achieved with partial fermentation in bottle and limited intervention, leaving a harmless deposit of yeast. Notes of fejoa, granny smith apple and prickly pear are on the palate. Enjoy cold with friends as an aperitif.
