Fruit for this wine was hand picked from various blocks at our Yarra Valley vineyard.
Fermented in large format French oak barrels and aged on fine lees for 9 months.
Light straw in colour with notes of white peach, lemon blossom and chamomile.
Alcohol 12.2% alc/vol
