From a single vineyard planted in 1998. 50% whole berries matured in large format French oak for 14 months. A very youthful and deep crimson purple. Aromas of ripe, juicy cranberries, fresh red plum and well handled cedar oak that will settle down in time. Medium-full bodied, this has a core of concentrated dark briary fruits and there are enough ripe and persistent tannins to suggest this will age well over the next decade. Drink by 2028
