Fruit for this wine was hand picked from our single site vineyard at the entrance to our Yarra valley property. Selected clones are used for this wine and then aged in large format new oak for up to 18 months. Brick red in colour, the nose shows red floral notes with hints of poached fig and earthy undertones. The palate is rich and developed with dark chocolate and savory notes. It can be enjoyed now or cellared up to 10 years.
