The wine is deep rich garnet in colour with notes of mulberries and warm spice. The palate shows hints of vanilla pod and fresh tobacco. It is generous with brooding tannins, which enables this wine to age well. It can be enjoyed now or will cellar for up to 15 years.

Fruit for this wine was handpicked from the single vineyard site “Belaradah” situated at the mouth of Long Gully on a moderate rise. It takes full advantage of the soft morning sun and late afternoon shading. Wine is aged in new and seasoned French oak barrels for 12 months.
