Sangiovese grapes from our Yarra Valley vineyard were hand picked and pressed after a short maceration. The juice was then fermented in stainless steel tanks, where it was left to mature for nine months. Pale salmon pink colour with apricot tinge, notes of honey melon and fresh strawberry.
