This wine is deep red garnet in colour. On the nose it displays notes of chocolate and dark brooding fruit. The palate is rich and textural with mature developed tannins. It can be enjoyed now and will cellar for up to 10 years.

Winemaking Notes
This fruit was harvested from our single vineyard site at the foot of the Mt. Camel ranges north of Heathcote. The wine is matured in large format French oak for a minimum of 15 months. On blending our winemaker selects the best barrels to go into this wine.
