There’s some heft to this and oak chipping into that leaving a bitter-radicchio edge. And yet, the juicy black cherries with some morello push through. It’s pippy and spicy, vibrant and fresh. No shortage of acidity keeping the wine’s shape and gritty tannins in line. Drink by 2027.
