The wine is light garnet in colour while the nose is perfumed with hints of clove, rose water, cranberry and red liquorice.
The palate is soft and rich with fine-feather tannins offering the perfect finish.

Winemaking Notes
Since early 2019 Stefani Estate has been following organic processes to produce NASAA certified organic fruit and wine.
The View site is at higher elevation than neighbouring agricultural producers and is surrounded by natural native bushland.
This Pinot Noir fruit was handpicked after two years of following organic growing and winemaking processes and is classified as NASAA Organic in Conversion.
At Stefani Estate the aim is to create wines with minimal intervention in both vineyard and winery, producing an organic range.

From a single vineyard planted in 1998. 20% whole berries and 10 % whole bunches. Stainless-steel fermentation and maturation. A very bright, medium crimson red. A brightly fruited wine with red fruits, pomegranate and white pepper. There is juiciness to it on the palate before it finishes with a Campari-like twist. In another 6-12 months this will look even better. Drink by 2026
